We present a straight acoustic sound in front of microphones, using no electronic, brass, or woodwind instruments.

The Texas Jug band is no longer active Our Jug Player, 'Gator Ron Raimey has passed away, in December of 2002, and the band has elected not to carry on without him.  He was cremated in San Antonio, and his ashes were placed in the half-gallon McCormick's Straight Corn Whiskey jug, shown below, which was his favorite.

The Texas Jug Band plays a mix of Southern Blues, Classic Country,  Old-time Jugband Songs, Gospel, and Original Material, with a touch of Bluegrass
